Who are we?
Blokland Cold Stores B.V. is a full-service cold storage company based in Cuijk. We specialise in chilling, freezing, thawing and logistics services for our customers' products.

Our company is growing and uses a wide range of technologies, so we are looking to strengthen our team. As a Hands-on Technical Team Leader, you will join our technical department and be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of our machinery.

What you will do:
In this versatile troubleshooting and maintenance role:

• Coordinate and lead a small technical team;
• Carry out technical maintenance and repairs;
• Plan and prioritise maintenance work;
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations;
• Report progress and any issues to the site manager;
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency in the technical department;
• Schedule inspections;
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors.

Your profile:

• A technical qualification at Dutch MBO/HBO level (vocational or higher professional education);
• Proven experience in a leadership role in technical maintenance;
• Excellent technical knowledge and skills;
• Knowledge of refrigeration technology (PSG13 ammonia) is an advantage;
• A proactive, hands-on approach;
• A solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
• Leadership skills and good communication skills;
• Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours when needed;
• A good command of English, or a willingness to develop your skills.
