As a major electricity consumer, we do everything we can to save energy. We have therefore committed to the MJA long-term energy efficiency agreement.
This agreement between industry and government requires participating companies to demonstrate energy savings through annual reporting.
We have installed around 3,500 solar panels, generating approximately 6% of our annual electricity consumption. We also recover and reuse heat from our refrigeration systems and use LED lighting with motion sensors.
